Here’s where you can see all my terms of service. These are things you will expect when commissioning me
Please respect these terms, if they don’t fit to what you approve, don’t commission me. There’s plenty of other wonderful artists looking for buyers
First off, anything AI related will not be tolerated. For example, AI profile pictures, memes, messaging, etc. if you buy a piece from me and run it through AI you will be immediately Blacklisted and refunds will not be given out. I do not tolerate anything AI related, it’s not art, it’s slop and you should feel ashamed! This WILL count as plagiarism and if need be, this can and will be taken up in court. So think wisely…
If you hand me a character and claim that it’s one you made, and I research and find it was stolen. The commission will be declined, I must see proof that you own this character. Such as a commissioner contact with watermark or your own watermark.
When it comes to my Adopts, any bids that are placed can not be taken back. If you can’t afford it, don’t place a bid. If the buyer by the end of the bid can not afford the character, they will not receive the character and the adopt will go back onto the market (all payments are not automatically given to me, so you won’t need to worry about losing money.)
Patience is key, I work outside of doing Art commissions so some pieces, depending on how big they are may take longer. Though if it gets close to 3 - 4 months of time and there's been no further updates (other then sketch), I will play in a refund for the buyer.
DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN!! if you remove my signature or watermark from the commission this will result in a blacklist for any further business! I work hard to get beautiful pieces out to people and I will not stand for blatant disrespect.
